Eat only when hungry and eat healthy and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of uncooked food in ur meals. Only water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body starts generating signals of hunger and fullness. Take light exercises and brisk walks every day preferably twice. The above regime will help u achieve what u might never have dreamt.
